CEO & Founder

Tony Caporale

Meet Tony! Tony is our Founder and CEO, with a killer golf swing and an aptitude for business. From production manager, to pro golfer, to our fearless leader, Tony has done it all and learned something valuable from each endeavor. In 2004, Tony became the tour manager for a multi-platinum band, handling every aspect from booking shows to managing their social media pages, which is where he discovered the undeniable benefits of social media exposure. TwinBear was formed in 2009, from the idea that businesses could benefit from creating communities on social media platforms the same way music artists were benefiting from having a two-way conversation with the fans. Over the last 10 years, Tony and the TwinBear team have evolved with the social media field as it’s grown, and become industry experts. When Tony isn’t in the office, he can be found hiking with his wife or on the golf course, of course!

Chief Operating Officer

Tiffany Clark

Having sharpened her strong analytical and project management skills at her previous position at Deloitte, Tiffany manages our team of account managers, creatives, and social listening specialists. Through her time at TwinBear, she has adapted to the ever-changing social media industry and worked hands-on with large-brand clients, understanding what’s important to both brand executives and customers. When Tiffany isn't crushing her professional goals and leading our team to success, she can be found scuba diving or rock climbing.

Tammy Soyoye

After receiving a BBA in Marketing, Tammy spent years working with small businesses to help define their brand voice through social media. Using her creative mind, she has cultivated a passion for brand design, strategy, and problem-solving. As Engagement Manager, Tammy monitors viral moments and assists with day-to-day communications between clients and agents, ensuring that engagement is aligned with the brand’s voice and tone. When she’s not working, Tammy enjoys fun nights in, hanging out with friends. Game night, anyone? A fan of pop culture, karaoke, and Harry Potter, Tammy is the perfect team member for trivia night...but only if you want to win.
