MEET THE TEAM
ceo & Founder
Meet Tony! Tony is our Founder and CEO, with a killer golf swing and an aptitude for business. From production manager, to pro golfer, to our fearless leader, Tony has done it all and learned something valuable from each endeavor. In 2004, Tony became the tour manager for a multi-platinum band, handling every aspect from booking shows to managing their social media pages, which is where he discovered the undeniable benefits of social media exposure. TwinBear was formed in 2009, from the idea that businesses could benefit from creating communities on social media platforms the same way music artists were benefiting from having a two-way conversation with the fans. Over the last 10 years, Tony and the TwinBear team have evolved with the social media field as it’s grown, and become industry experts. When Tony isn’t in the office, he can be found hiking with his wife or on the golf course, of course!
Tiffany is a boss. Literally. Having sharpened her strong analytical and project management skills at her previous position at Deloitte, Tiffany manages our team of account managers and creatives, and handles all Campaign and Ad Management. Through her 6 years at TwinBear adapting to the ever changing social media industry and working hands-on with large brand clients, she understands what’s important to both brand executives and customers. When Tiffany isn't crushing her professional goals and leading our team to success, she can be found working in her garden or up on an Atlanta stage singing with her band, Waller. Her greatest inspirations are her husband, RBG, and Bill Murray.
Social Media director
With a passion for storytelling and an eye for design, Lacey quickly grew from a content creator role to our Social Media Director, overseeing the Content and Engagement teams, and leading content development and execution. She loves working closely with team members and clients to see a creative vision come to life. A sucker for a good pun, and the Oxford comma, she is also our resident Copywriter here at TwinBear. When she isn’t in the office, she can be found adventuring around Atlanta trying the newest brunch spots, cancelling her spin classes that she’s already paid for, and playing kickball in Piedmont Park.
creative content coordinator
With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Tyra discovered her talent for creating content through several marketing and advertising internships and 3 years of working for her college’s social media team. From graphic design to video editing, Tyra has a passion for anything creative, making her an essential team member in building engaging social media content and campaigns. As the Content Coordinator, Tyra creates videos, static images, and ads for clients. Tyra is also a photographer, which recently landed her a feature in Voyage ATL Magazine. When she’s not working, Tyra can be found planning her next trip abroad or finding her new favorite show on Netflix.
senior Engagement manager
Rachel graduated with honors in December 2018 from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Film and Media, and a minor in Fine Art Photography. Rachel’s passion for visual arts and creative media led her to seek opportunities in multimedia spaces where she’d be able to learn and grow her communications skills, landing her right here at TwinBear! Rachel handles social listening, reputation management, and engagement with customers & fans on all social platforms. She is also an avid traveler, having visited over 20 countries and 30 states, with a deeply rooted love for pre-14th-century western European Art & Architecture (especially that of classical antiquity. It's all about those Ionic columns amirite?)
